Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order, please to E-MAIL us within 24 hours after the order has made.

We do not accept the cancellation after 24hours. Sorry for the inconvenient.

Shipping & Returns

Please note that Intact Media does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

• A product that has been configured to your specifications
• A product that does not work with a custom theme
• Please do not send us any items you wish to return without consulting us first.

We will not refund or accept the return of any product that does not have an accompanying Return Authorization Notice.

If your return is not due to Intact Media's error, we will deduct shipping and handling costs from your refund. Please refer to Shipping & Returns for more information.

Problem with receive E-MAIL from us

Please note that if you use a web-based email service such as Hotmail or Yahoo Mail, this reminder may end up in your "Junk E-Mail" or "Bulk" mail folder, depending on your service and mail account settings. If you do not receive your reminder, please check all your mail folders for an email with the following details before contacting us.

Warranty

Warranty on peripherals shall be as per their individual manufacturer's warranty terms.

Return Policy

• Goods purchased, unless defective, are not returnable. The costs incurred in returning goods are to be paid by the customer.
• Any defective goods or shortages/errors in delivery must be notified within 2 days of receipt of the goods.
• For defective goods returned, charges will apply if Intact Media does not find any defect or fault.
• Intact Media shall not be obligated to accept the return of goods that are not working properly because of compatibility issues, e.g. CD and DVD media. Customers are advised to order samples first before placing the actual order.

Handling Charge

We reserve the right to charge extra handling cost for some heavy goods.
