All prices are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST. Prices subject to change without prior notice. You will be notified of any price change and have the option to accept or cancel the order.

* Intact Media will not be responsible for any damages or lost during delivery once goods are despatched. If transit insurance is required, it will be at customer's cost. Please inform us when ordering and we will include the insurance rates in the quotation.

* Approximate delivery time for in stock items within Sydney and Melbourne metro areas: 1-3 working days.

* Delivery dates quoted are estimates only. Intact Media shall not be liable for any loss arising as a result of any failure to deliver or delay in delivery arising from any circumstances which are outside Intact Media control.

Warranty

Warranty on peripherals shall be as per their individual manufacturer's warranty terms.

Return Policy

* Goods purchased, unless defective, are not returnable. The costs incurred in returning goods are to be paid by the customer.

* Any defective goods or shortages/errors in delivery must be notified within 2 days of receipt of the goods.

* For defective goods returned, charges will apply if Intact Media does not find any defect or fault.

* Intact Media shall not be obligated to accept the return of goods that are not working properly because of compatibility issues, e.g. CD and DVD media. Customers are advised to order samples first before placing the actual order.
